Waahhh, liat poto bubur sumsumnya menggoda sekali, kebayang kan makannya, lembut dan manis...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mana cara bikinnya ternyata gwampang banget, wiiihhh.....senengnya, ga ada 15 menit dah jadi tuh bubur sumsum. Abiazka ampe kaget, "lah kok cepet banget, bunda?".&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Langsung deh kita santap berdua, pas azka bobo waktu itu. Komentar abiazka, "lezaaaaaaaaaaaaaat.....!".&lt;br /&gt;"Makasih yaaa bunda sayaaaaaaaaang.....", ditambahin ama cipika dari abiazka....waaah, langsung pengen nyemplung kolam renang!hehehehe.....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bikin yuuukkk.....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Bahan: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;100 gr tepung beras&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;650 ml santan &lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;*&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;aku pake 1 kotak santan kara 200 ml, terus aku encerin  jadi  650 ml. Gara-gara punyanya cuma itu*.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 lembar daun pandan, potong-potong.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Saus Gula:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;200 gr gula merah, sisir .&lt;br /&gt;50 gr gula pasir.&lt;br /&gt;250 ml air.&lt;br /&gt;1 lembar daun pandan, potong-potong.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Cara:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Campur tepung beras dengan sebagian santan, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masak sisa santan, pandan, dan garam hingga mendidih.&lt;br /&gt;3. Tuangkan larutan tepung beras, aduk hingga kental dan mendidih. Angkat.&lt;br /&gt;4. &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Saus Gula:&lt;/span&gt; masukkan semua bahan hingga mendidih dan gula larut. Angkat, saring.&lt;br /&gt;5. Nah akhirnya tadi pagi, bangun tidur, mumpung abiazka masih di rumah belum ngampus, akhirnya bun niatan bikin cocochip kukis ini.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bun cuma pgn nyoba dulu, jadi pake 1/2 resep aja, ga susah ternyata bikinnya. Maen cemplung cemplungin aja, aduk-aduk, udah deh di oven cuma 10 menit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Resepnya bun dapet dari blognya &lt;a href="http://kuehruri.blogspot.com/"&gt;kuehruri.&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sebenarnya pengennya nyobain resepnya &lt;a href="http://ollala.multiply.com/"&gt;mb imel, &lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;tapi apadaya, resep hasil cetingan di YM lupa ke save, keburu leptopnya kepencet off ama si azka,hehehe.... ntar deh nanya lagi yaa mb imel *jgn bosen kasi resepnya*.:)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Abiazka kasi komentar, "busyet dah bunda, pagi2 semangat amat sih bikin kue....?".&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ternyata, alhamdulillah jadi, tapi dengan bentuk yg alakadarnya, tapi rasanya ga mengecewakan. IKan dilumurin dengan bawang putih, garam, kecap ikan, jeruk nipis. Biarkan kurleb 1 jam.&lt;br /&gt;2. tiriskan, dan gulingkan pada tepung maizena, goreng dengan minyak banyak panas hingga kering.&lt;br /&gt;3. Biang : campur semua bahan,aduk rata,istirahatkan selama 15 menit&lt;br /&gt;2. Kocok telur bersama gula hingga mengembang, masukkan tepung terigu,garam,baking powder dan vanili bubuk.Aduk rata&lt;br /&gt;3. Karena dari kecil mpe sekarang, kue sus ini demenannya bunda banget. Dulu utiazka suka banget bikinin buat bunda, mana utiazka kalo bikin vlanya banyak. Nah kemaren sore, niatnya mo bobo siang nemenin azka, tapi perut laper bgt pgn makan cemilan sambil buat ngeteh sore-sore, ya udah dehh..pas jalan-jalan ke &lt;a href="http://dapurbunda.blogspot.com/2005/06/sus-isi-vla.html"&gt;dapurbunda inong (almh)&lt;/a&gt; nemu deh si sus ini, Baca resepnya, baru nyadar kalo trnyata bikinnya gampang banget!.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;Langsung &lt;/span&gt;deh semangat pengen nyoba. BUnda nyobain 1/2 resep dulu. Alhamdulillah, berhasil.Walo bentuknya sihh masih kurang ok, kurang mengembang:).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pulang-pulang kuliah, abiazka langsung disajiin teh anget  ama ini sus..."Woooowwww....", gitu senyum senang abiazka ngeliat sus ini. Sekejap abis deh 4 sus langsung di lahap abiazka.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Takut keabisan, bunda juga ga kalah lahap makanin nih sus...hihiii..kalo azka, sukanya nyowelin vla-nya....*tapi azka ga gitu doyan, mungkin kemanisan bagi dia...maklum, jarang bunda kasi yg manis-manis:)*...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cobain dehh,...beneran gampang dan rasanya enak jugaaa...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Bahan sus:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;130 gr tepung terigu&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;100 gram margarine&lt;br /&gt;4 butir telur&lt;br /&gt;250 cc air&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Bahan Vla:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;500 ml susu segar (kalo bundazka pake susu formulanya azka...hehe, adanya itu).&lt;br /&gt;75 gr tepung maizena&lt;br /&gt;100 gr gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;2 btr kuning telur&lt;br /&gt;vanili secukupnya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Sus:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;air, garam, margarine dimasak sampai mendidih.&lt;br /&gt;masukkan tepung terigu, aduk sampai matang.&lt;br /&gt;Setelah adonan matang, kemudian dinginkan sampai hilang uap panasnya.&lt;br /&gt;Kemudian masukkan telur satu persatu sambil terus diaduk sampai rata.&lt;br /&gt;Adonan di masukin ke dalam piping bag(plastik segitiga) lalu cetak dengan spuit bintang (kalo ga punya jg gapapa cetak aja arahnya melingkar kerucut ke atas).&lt;br /&gt;Oven adonan selama 25 menit, dengan suhu 200 C, ingat oven jangan dibuka-buka yaaa....!&lt;br /&gt;Setelah matang, kulit sus siap diisi dengan vla.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Vla:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;semua bahan kecuali kuning telur dicampurkan menjadi 1 dan diaduk sampai rata dan halus.&lt;br /&gt;Didihkan sampai setengah mengental.&lt;br /&gt;Ambil 2 sdm adonan yang hampir kental itu, masukkan ke dalam kuning telur, aduk cepat.&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan adonan kuning telur ke dalam adonan vla. aduk cepat sampai meletup-letup.&lt;br /&gt;Angkat dan dinginkan.&lt;br /&gt;Vla siap digunakan.&lt;br /&gt;BIla vla ingin ditambahkan butter cream, tambahkan cream 2 kali dari jumlah adonan vla. Soalnya sering banget bikin puding ini, soalnya abiazka, azka dan bunda juga doyan banget. Dinamain puding tahu bukan berarti puding "tahu" beneran loh yaa. Cuma karena warnanya yang putih kek tahu, makanya namanya begitchu...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Seger banget, apalagi makannya pas siang-siang..widiiiiw...dijamin jadi adem dehhhh....&lt;br /&gt;Mo nyoba? silahkan....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;1 bungkus agar-agar putih&lt;br /&gt;1 kaleng susu kental manis (kecil)&lt;br /&gt;1 kaleng buah koktail&lt;br /&gt;1 kaleng buah leci/longan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Caranya:&lt;br /&gt;1. Tuang ke dalam panci agar-agar, susu kental, dan air sebanyak 3X takaran kaleng susu kental manis *jadi abis nuangin si susu, tambahin aja air sebanyak 3 kali ukuran kaleng susu itu*.&lt;br /&gt;2. Aduk aduk deh sampe mendidih.&lt;br /&gt;3. Tuang ke cetakan, tunggu sampai agak keras, masukkan ke kulkas.&lt;br /&gt;4. Tuang buah koktail dan leci diatas puding.&lt;br /&gt;5.
